The Martinez Lake Homeowners' Association welcomes you to the community and invites you to become a member.

The Homeowners  Association is the only recognized, united voice in our area that represents the land owners. We have no rules or regulations regarding your property

Our main objective is to stand together on any major issues that might effect us.We are advocates for our community.

The yearly dues are $25 .Please contact a board member for an application to join.The annual meeting for members is in November.

With our new website,we hope to keep you better informed.
